I got the weekender as a gift and after one use the bag broke. Even though they were willing to fix it it cost me over $50 in shipping cost that the company should have payed for. For a bag that is $300 should not break after one use.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Rachelle Wise! She responded to my email right away and worked with me to help fix my problem. With her kindness, hard work, and excellent communication she helped me get my order in time to provide the gifts to my bridesmaids. I was sadly one of the brides who had to cancel her wedding to COVID but being able to provide special gifts to my bridesmaids is a silver lining so they still know how much I love and appreciate them. I'm so excited, just got my order. Shout out to the wonderful Rachelle Wise who helped get my order pushed through production. When I placed my order I was wondering when I would receive it (okay it was only a week, but I was excited and I am a bit impatient.. Lol). Rachelle kept an eye on it for me, provided me updates.
